( Sent to all young purebloods with purist sentiments )
*note is accompanied by a card bearing the name and address of a family, some Muggle, some Muggleborn, some purebloods with Muggle sympathies*
*3 minutes after being open, the note burns up with a flash of smoke showing the Dark Mark, leaving only the name and address intact*

Let's pretend he's got this on just a pure-blood filter, yeah? Basically, if your character is going to cause a fuss about it, pretend that they can't read it. This will eventually become just the DE filter.))
I, for one, am shocked and appalled at the Ministry's responses to this later bout of civic concern. Citizens should not be punished for clamouring for the justice that the government is refusing to provide out of fear of offending an overly powerful minority.
As though citizens of this nation should be blamed for being sympathetic to a grieving family? They were peaceful protests until the esteemed Mudblood-owned Aurors started in on the people expressing their concerns in a peaceful manner.
We demand justice for the atrocities committed against a defenseless family by a group that thinks they can do no wrong.
I will be in Hogsmeade next week, hoping to foster support for the prosecution of the perpetrators of this awful crime, if you would like to join me.
The Mudbloods will not get away with this again.

I am quite pleased with how that turned out. It was a...refreshing exercise.
Merciful, Ichabod, I was pleased with your participation. Merciful, your...enthusiasm in particular suited the project well. Do not mistake to think that such reckless abandon will be tolerated in all other ventures.
Such a pity that those poor Mudbloods happened to be by just as we were finishing up. The filth seem to have such timing.
And now we sit back and we wait.

I find that the stories reported in the papers have been very...quaint as of late. Photos of the fool Minister dressed as a fop as though it matters.
Well, we shall simply have to see if the Daily Prophet can find something more newsworthy, won't we? I am only concerned with the reading trends of my fellow citizens, after all. We wouldn't want them to lose sight of the more important matters in the country, would we?
Ichabod and Merciful, you will both come to me on Monday night. I assume you have the sense to use discretion. You will bring your masks when you come.
Merciful, I will speak to you about your predilection towards wooing young, eager pups to our side without my express permission. While I admire your...enthusiasm for the cause, I do not appreciate your failure to inform me.

Well.
What an interesting tool to have fall in my lap. All of you dear children pouring your hearts and dreams out for the world to see.
Interesting, indeed.
Yes, this shall make things all quite a bit easier.
((Still not entirely sure how Voldemort's journal will work. It'll be less of a journal and more just a means of communication. Also, if you comment on his journal and he occasionally just doesn't respond, it's because he doesn't want to play with you, on account of Voldy being the Ultimate Bitch.))
